My newborn posing workshops are very relaxed and always adjusted to your level and needs as much as possible so you gain the most out of your training day.
Whether you are just starting or looking to improve your skills my posing and editing workflow will be revealed without any secrets with all the little tips and tricks and will help you to get your photography to another level.
During the workshop you will learn how to prepare for the session, how to style your set ups and how to prepare your clients. You will be able to see how I deal with unsettled babies, will learn different poses and wrapping, master how to use natural window light and studio light. You will also learn different angles what significantly increases the number of the images in client's gallery. The posing and set ups include beanbag posing and props.
Parent/sibling poses are covered in practice and/or explained and demonstrated using available means/models if parents/siblings are not available. I often have SIBS baby helping to show and demonstrate different aspects of posing/angles/light and wrapping too.
Image editing is a very important part of every session itself. During the workshop I always try to cover different set ups in terms of colour, style and editing. We normally cover light creamy set ups for an airy style of editing, colourful or pastel set ups for vibrant/pastel styles and darker set ups for Fine Art/Vintage style of editing. Working on digitals can be also included upon request.
You need to bring your camera with either 35mm, 50mm or 24-70mm lens and a macro lens if you wish. You may have your laptop if you want to follow editing but it is not necessary.
Small number of attendees per workshop guarantees personal attention, more practical experience and a relaxed learning environment. We normally have 2 babies modelling at the workshop so you will have plenty of opportunities to photograph newborns under my guidance and update your photography portfolio with new images too.
After the workshop you will be added to a private Facebook group for further support and discussions and will have a full access to supplier lists and discounts, posing samples with details explanations and CC on styling, posing and editing.

Price: £375 (small groups)
Booking fee of £150 is taken to secure your date and is not refundable. The remaining balance of £225 is due no later than 2 weeks before the workshop date.
Lunch snacks and beverages are included in the cost of the day. Accommodation is not included.
*The editing part for small groups may be transferred or extended to online class depending on the time available on the day.

I recently attended a newborn workshop with Dream Artsy Photography. I cannot say enough good things about Yolanta and her work! She is very talented and has a gift with newborns! It was amazing to watch her working and how easy she is with transiting between the poses or even when the baby is not settled and needs some cuddles. She is incredibly patient and it can be clearly seen in her work. Amazing experience! Absolutely change my view on not only newborn photography but photography itself, my clients, my business and myself in this business. After the workshop I had such a kick that I had to either give up and quit newborn photography at all or delete all the images from my website and start from fresh which after few weeks I actually did.
