When you turn one in lockdown is no fun! Although a little bit later than originally planned we still managed to celebrate Harper's first birthday in style and have a lot of fun and laughter while chasing a not so tiny anymore toddler around the studio. Well, it is better later than never they say and it was so worth it! Not only did we have a fun filled day but also created some very sweet and precious memories for the family to enjoy and cherish for years to come.

Simple, white, clean and girly cake smash set up with a yummy naked cake decorated in baby pink flowers and a beautiful cake smash outfit from AAJA Photo Props looked so gorgeous and refreshing, and complimented those toddler curls so well!

Here in Dream Artsy studio based in Aldermaston, Reading West Berkshire RG7 (Basingstoke, Hampshire) we start all cake smash sessions with a portrait of a little one followed by a yummy first birthday cake tasting and smashing and finish with a bubbly bath tub fun, some rubber ducks, soap bubbles and lots of splashing. Family and siblings are always welcome to join for a family portrait or even a cake smash itself!
